Worst customer service. One was sitting near the tea picking at her face. The bloke that served kept rudely interrupting not knowing what we wanted as he just speaks over you. Disgusting. A new business really needs to take over these guys.
I was standing around waiting for my order to be taken and the worker this morning (31/05) was purposefully ignoring us for a solid minute while we just stood there. I was trying to speak loud enough for her to hear saying “I think I’m going to get a Matcha” to my sister so she could hear and take my order, but she continued to ignore. Then my sister said “excuse me” and with a side eye and rude tone she said “we’re not open yet”.
