Product is great but delivering on Uber eats with no straws made the product useless.
we’ve been to this Gong Cha location numerous times, and unfortunately the customer service has consistently been poor. While the drinks themselves are acceptable, the taste does not make up for the lack of basic customer service. On our most recent visit, they did not have jumbo cups or pearls available for our orders. As a result, we requested a full refund. Despite this, we still have not received the refund. Overall, a very disappointing experience, mainly due to ongoing service issues.
Gong Cha never disappoints - their drinks are consistently fresh, customizable, and packed with flavor. The staff are friendly and efficient, making every visit smooth and enjoyable.
