i had completed an app order from there not long ago and i called to try to cancel the order numerous times and i did not receive any call back, the staff and company service there was very incompetent. i have even tried to reach out to the company via email over a week ago, and i still have not heard back. this company is starting to come off as very unprofessional, due to lack of basic customer service. i have requested for a refund, as i did not receive my drinks. yet i still have not received my refund.
Product is great but delivering on Uber eats with no straws made the product useless.
we’ve been to this Gong Cha location numerous times, and unfortunately the customer service has consistently been poor. While the drinks themselves are acceptable, the taste does not make up for the lack of basic customer service. On our most recent visit, they did not have jumbo cups or pearls available for our orders. As a result, we requested a full refund. Despite this, we still have not received the refund. Overall, a very disappointing experience, mainly due to ongoing service issues.
