The staff here are amazing and the drinks are always great, but if the owner is reading this PLEASE STAFF MORE PEOPLE. I know staffing is expensive but for the flow through of product you are selling at peak hours you are probably losing customers due to the wait times. On top of that your mobile order and delivery ratings are probably falling... I ordered my usual Gonga cha favourite drink and it was my first time at this location. It tasted horrible and watery I asked them to change it and she added loads of sugar to make it taste better. Extremely disappointed.
