Everytime I’ve gone here the people are always super nice and patient. My mom once went to get drinks here, and her English isn’t the best so they didn’t fully understand and accidentally made the wrong drink, but they were really nice about it and remade it and let her keep the other one too. The bubble tea is not as sweet as other places, which isn’t a bad thing, but take it into consideration when choosing the sugar %
Employee was tired, other customers (4 total) looked irate when I walked in. Front door is not accessible despite having the buttons, has never worked. Front terminal also doesn't work. Employee got my order mixed up, gaslight me when I went back in saying it was just the labels mixed up (it was not, the flavours were backwards so one drink tasted like nothing as the flavour profile was wrong) instead of just remaking the drinks.
