Had an inattentive server who didn’t even process my order and made my friend a terrible taro milk tea in like a minute. Save your money and go to a nice cafe instead.
The gong cha and the customer service was amazing!
I’ve visited here a few times, and each wonder why I come back. I always order via the app atleast ten mins before arriving. Every time when arrive to pick up the drink hasn’t even started, and the staff sitting in the back on the phone and unapologetic. Better to go to the other small tea store Joy Tea.
