God... only one person get order and make at the same time. It takes like more than 10min for 1 drinks. Why dont u hire more staff?

I went there few times around 8:40 it always told me they closed. I mean if you want to close early, that’s totally fine, but please change your opening hours online& on your doors. It is really disappointed when I come before the closing time and nothing I can get.

While I understand that fast food restaurants may not always offer the highest level of service, my recent visit to GongCha was particularly underwhelming. The staff seemed disengaged and unenthusiastic, which created an uninviting atmosphere. This lack of energy, especially from the two female workers, diminished my overall experience and appetite. Although I generally have modest expectations for service, this visit left me hesitant to spend money at this location in the future.

Would not recommend this place. The fried chicken is nothing special and the service is even worse. This place is severely understaffed so you can imagine what happens during peak hours.
