Fantastic fresh exotic asian food.
Their drinks are very delicious, my favorites is the taro and the coffee caramel bobaccino. Their place is clean and cozy, and the staff is friendly
I was visiting Houston and I tried Gong Chabfor the first time. Had an excellent experience. But when I visited Gong Cha today in Fort Worth location I didn't see the Boba Tea that I wanted. I tried to explain to the cashier what I had before she couldn't help me. I ordered something else and it was not good. My friend ordered Matcha Tea, she did not like it, she said 85 Degree Matcha is much better. Spent over $15 for two drinks it was not worth it..
Came here with my husband and our two small children. The reason I’m leaving one star is because of the two incredibly rude young women working today As a business, I hope management provides better customer service training and emphasizes treating customers with basic respect. While we were looking at the menu and asking a few questions, they made strange faces, joked with each other, and acted as though we were an inconvenience.
