Boba was not fresh . No customer service at all here. Will not be back. Consistency with this gong cha is not consistent compared to others like Annandale been here four times and now will be the last.
It’s been a while since my last visit, but the flavor is just as delicious as ever. I’ll definitely be back.

We were asked to leave telling me they are closed. Less than a minute later, they were taking orders again and said the tea was suddenly “ready.” When I quietly asked why we had been turned away, I was told to “calm down.” Poor communication, dismissive service, and an unnecessarily disrespectful response to a reasonable question.
