Very disappointed. The bubble tea tasted extremely watered down and lacked the flavor I'd expect from a chain shop. Service was slow, though it appeared there was only one employee working and the self-order kiosk wasn't functioning, so they had to handle everything themselves. Overall, the drink didn't justify the price, and I left feeling it wasn't worth what I paid.
The drinks here are great and the staff are always friendly! My favorite is the earl grey milk tea with tapioca and herbal jelly. If you’re unsure what to order the staff has great recommendations! My favorite boba shop at the mall
Love the drinks here, I recommend the passion fruit yogurt but you can’t go wrong with any of the drinks. Staff is attentive and willing to accommodate for drink adjustments if you let them know. Would come back!
