Avoid at all costs. 30 ppl waiting to order 20+ ppl waiting to pick up their order. Only one person working. It took 45 mins to get my drink.
Very disappointed. The bubble tea tasted extremely watered down and lacked the flavor I'd expect from a chain shop. Service was slow, though it appeared there was only one employee working and the self-order kiosk wasn't functioning, so they had to handle everything themselves. Overall, the drink didn't justify the price, and I left feeling it wasn't worth what I paid.
