Today 08/10/2025 really disappointed with the service here. Her name is Tram Ann or Tram anh i didn’t see the name’ tag clearly. I dropped by to grab a milk tea, but the staff’s attitude was surprisingly rude. I only asked a simple question about my order, and the response was short and annoyed, like I was bothering them or something. Hope the shop takes this seriously and trains their staff better. I won’t be coming back.
Whoever cooked the pearls today, probably had a bad morning as it was tough and rubbery. 11.9.25

today 15/10 went here as usual but sadly today the guy with ear rings so so rude. I was supposed to get my free drink but he jyst ignored n was so rude to all customers
