Says permanently closed yet website mentions open,wasted our time for nothing!!
Can see from the photo that my order was wrong (says only pearls but there is jelly). Worker was too busy talking to another customer (assuming her friend) about her relationship and hooking up with guys to do her job it seems. She didn’t acknowledge me when I walked in and didn’t acknowledge me when the drink was ready. Crazy spending nearly $10 on a drink and to have this be the experience… so not worth it. Also, drink tastes like garbage compared to normal.
Worst Gong Cha location in Ottawa! They never participate in any of the Gong Cha promotions and they are always out of stock of certain ingredients, so they can't make several drinks on their menu. Oh any their loyalty points machine never works. Take your money elsewhere
