I have been here many times in the past 3 years and would have given a 5 star if it wasn't for an incident of being overcharged on an already-expensive powder drink. I ordered a large hot drink, but wasn't told that hot drinks only came in the regular size cup; I still got charged for a "Large" drink. This left a bad taste, but they still deserved 4-stars for all the other times they've been consistent. They were also slow sometimes, but I had seen the poor worker run both storefronts simultaneously!
