Setting one star for one to bring attention to the inconsistency of the orders. I always order fruit tea, mostly Mango. And I can feel for sure that there are orders which are made in a very good quality, and there are orders where you cannot find syrup at all, it's incredibly tasteless and upsetting, because you are getting tea which is unpleasant and sometimes impossible to drink.
Great customer service, especially the girl name Daisy, very friendly and kind. Drink so good, I refer pearls milk tea
The lemon yoghurt had no yoghurt in it .It was like drinking lemon & water. This is not the first time. Very disappointing.
