I usually come here since I work in the centre, but after a few times of getting bad quality and poor service, I left a bad review. Yesterday, I came back and ordered a Lychee Fruit Tea. The guy gave me my drink, but it wasn’t made the way I wanted and he didn’t bother to change it or apologise, even though it was clearly wrong. I really love the quality of their drinks.
The drink was absolutely amazing, originally i had some questions about the drinks and I spoke to a very sweet lady named Madina helped me with my order! Please give her a promotion or something she's absolutely amazing my drink was soooo good!
Happy to have bubble tea but unfortunately they take SOO long to give a basic tea (alisan tea). Hope they can hire more staff
I’ve been really disappointed with this Gong Cha. Last Saturday around 5pm, I ordered an Oolong milk tea made by the guy wearing his hat backwards it was way too sweet, like all the powder had been dumped in. They had to remake my drink. Later at 6pm, I came back to buy another drink, a matcha latte, but instead of making it properly with layers like I saw at another Gong Cha stores, the two girls just blend matcha and milk together.
