I came in around 5:20 PM today to pick up my Matcha latte. Hopefully, the owner has already flagged the franchise team that the new system unfortunately doesn't allow customers to double up or add on multiple toppings. I went in a few days ago with my mate, the girl was extremely kind and patient, it was amazing. They're songs are great and they make the drinks so well.
