I came here all the way from orange thirsty enough to drink pond water I was met with the best customer service I have ever received from Eliza King she was quick patient and provided a wonderful experience I would recommend Bathurst gongcha very highly to anyone and thankyou Eliza your an amazing bobarista and thankyou for the incredible experience god bless you all!

Helpful ordering tips and yummy tea
Went here with my older father closer to closing time to grab a quick drink. I’ve always been a regular goer here but there was a really lovely young girl on tonight that showed a lot of kindness and patience towards my father who asked a lot of questions about the kinds of drinks as he prefers drinks in certain ways. I didn’t catch her name but she was working the closing shift on the 11/7!! Huge props to her, as someone who works in fast food I really appreciate workers like her. The drinks were amazing.
I came in around 5:20 PM today to pick up my Matcha latte. Hopefully, the owner has already flagged the franchise team that the new system unfortunately doesn't allow customers to double up or add on multiple toppings. That aside, there was a minor issue with my order, but the girl wearing glasses handled it beautifully.
