Used to be good. I think their ice machine broken but the last 3 smoothies I have gotten from this location have been all liquid. Gave them the benefit of the doubt the first two times but will not be back
Ava was an amazing server, sweet to talk to, and I had an overall great experience!
When management changed, professionalism and standards at this location went down noticeably. Most staff are very polite and kind. Some staff are not particularly professional including dressing in a way that is not particularly appropriate for food service.
I didn’t think I’d come back to this location as my first time experience was not great. The employee was super rude and didn’t smile at all. My daughter was begging for a nice drink so I decided to give a second try, and agreed with some previous comments asking for Mary - while she mentioned she was new, every part of the service was great. Will definitely come back when she’s around haha. To my fellow boba-lovers, give it a shot!
