"I'm done with this place. Their service has really gone downhill –First, they overloaded my drink with ice despite asking for light ice, and then they underfilled my cup by 1/4 when I asked for no ice. Clearly, they're more focused on being cheap than providing good customer service."
Ordered a milk coffee online and picked up my order. Took a sip of it and it didn’t taste how it normally does. It was awful so I went back and told them it didn’t taste how it should and they said they had changed their coffee recipe and that I couldn’t get a refund or choose something different to make up for it. The girl said “ gong cha doesn’t do any of that”. So I just had her throw it away and left the store disappointed.
