The service was disappointing, and unfortunately, the bubble tea did not meet expectations in either quality or taste.
unfortunately, not consistent. -three times ordered less ice and had half the (large) cup filled with ice. -pay extra additions cheese foam: twice barely any cheese foam (quarter of an inch) -once added milk to black tea ordered to be plain black The brewed tea is nice, will try a few more times and hopefully staff will honour what is ordered
I like that you can conveniently order using the machine or you can go up to the counter to order. Despite the small appearance of the building and that it shares with a Korean corndog place as well as a sushi place, I was always able to find a place to sit every time I go with a great indoor atmosphere. As for the bubble tea options, it's pretty much like any other Gong Cha. Great place overall.
Most staff are nice; service was nice - she was patient when we were still changing our minds Mango Pearl Tea was yummy; I liked it (Not pictured), Taro Milk Tea was nice as well I normally get the coffee drinks here Games that were upstairs were missing pieces, but I personally went there for the vibes. Still worth noting if you like a bubble tea café with games and entertainment. I almost am unsure if they were meant to be there, or if someone just randomly left them lol
Great place for good bubble tea! It has a really cool atmosphere upstairs. We came later in the evening so it wasn't crowded, but still had a nice vibe. Service was decent and patient. Taro and Mango bubble tea with pearls is definitely the way to go!
