Honestly hate to leave this review as we have been here so many times and it’s been amazing. But we have gone the last 2 days and had a terrible experience. There is an Asian male who was working both yesterday (September 8) and today (September 9) and honestly he was so unhelpful. Yesterday we went around 7:30pm and there wasn’t any boba pearls left. Love coming here! The team is always cheerful and helpful, the drinks are delicious, and the shop is bright and clean. A great experience every time.
Always fresh and consistent! I’ve been to this Gong Cha location multiple times and the quality is always spot on. The staff are friendly, and they prepare drinks quickly, even during busy hours. I love the milk foam oolong tea — perfectly balanced flavor and just the right amount of sweetness. The store is clean and cozy, great for a quick break or takeout. Highly recommended for bubble tea lovers!
DO NOT BUY THE LABUBU'S Told me they are Authentic Labubus.. They are NOT real. My daughter's really wanted one while we got Bobba, however we were scammed. They are fake.. just a FYI for everyone
