I had a really bad experience with the Wintermelon Milk Foam at Gong Cha. This drink is supposed to have the cream foam layered on top, but instead the staff completely shook it, mixed everything together, and even sized the drink down. On top of that, the seal on the cup was leaking, which shows poor quality control. Overall, bad drink and bad service. Very disappointing experience. I won’t be coming back.
Asked for the milk foam Biscoff smoothie and they gave me the biscoff tea smoothie. When I went back and asked for a replacement they told me they don't have a milk smoothie even though their ad says they have two separate drinks. Horrible customer service.
Despite the negative reviews, we enjoyed our drinks. We had 50% sugar, but I recommend 25% sweetness. Thank you!
When I went up to ask a simple question about the menu, they couldn’t even answer it. I was asking about matcha and wanted to know what “milk foam” was. I was wondering whether it had extra flavouring, sugar, or if it was just foamed milk and the girl just looked at me, said “I don’t know,” and held up a pitcher. What do you mean you don’t know? pretty bad customer service. one of the ladies will put in her own phone number to receive points from your order and gets mad when you point it out
