Never a good experience at this place. 1. They don't participate in the promotions posted on the Gong Cha Canada Instagram account. Today was Apr 30 which they posted Buy 1 Get 1 Free Pearl Milk Tea for National Bubble Tea Day. 2. Once ordered the Buy 1 Get 1 deal on Uber Eats and I added pearls. On Uber, they charge pearls for both drinks if you add pearls, but they only added pearls to one of my drinks. 3. They give a criminally little amount of pearl and they aren't cooked well. The guy behind the counter was very welcoming and explained all the options to us. My daughter also liked the music he had playing.
Great service and yummy sweets! I got the matcha red bean bubble waffle, highly recommend!
