(See update below) It seems like their issue with slowness hasn’t been solved even with all the other reviews from a year ago from other customers. I was waiting around 5pm for 28 minutes to get my order even though it was pretty empty (see picture), there was just 1 order in front of me. There’s only one person doing all the work- getting orders, answering calls, dealing with customers, making drinks. It seems like the owner needs to re-train the workers. How does it take 45 minutes !! to make 2 drinks that do not even taste good. I asked for no sugar and its completely sweet. I had to throw it out after 2 sips. If the owner reads, this is a wake up call to take these complaints seriously instead of insulting and attacking your customers as I've seen here on these reviews.
What a great experience!! Cindy at Gong Cha deserves a huge shout-out! She made our day with her fantastic service. She was incredibly helpful with the menu, served us with a smile, and made our visit truly special. The fabulous tea, pearl waffle, and super delicious croffles were all amazing, but Cindy's warm and friendly attitude really elevated our experience. Thank you, Cindy! We can't wait to come back.
