They by far have the worst customer service. They never answer the phone or write back to any emails. If you mention that you haven’t received a call back they they’ll get upset. I honestly wouldn’t recommend people doing their taxes here.

Jeffery hands down knows his thing!!! But This place has horrible customer service !!!!!!!! I’ve been asking for over a week for my copies and files and they never send it. I’ve spoken to over 5 people and send multiple emails. They have different people working there everyday and yet no one can respond to any of my emails with copies of MY THINGS !! Ridiculous.
