If there was a way to leave 0 stars I would! The 5 star reviews are from staff members. Extremely unprofessional staff who are crooks and I will be making my complaint with the IRS after this review. When trying to obtain information on the status of my tax refund, I was given attitude and told “I was feening for my check and I should have done it with TurboTax”. She was right about that. My family members and I have been receiving services from Gomez Tax Services prior to this new location and we would follow it to the moon. The integrity, conscientiousness, and empathy from Mr. Gomez exceeds all expectations. Both, Mr Gomez and his wife are kind and welcoming. The staff members are informative and respectful. Unlike other offices, this office isn’t here for your money, they genuinely are there for you. Plus, they got my maximum refund! Woo!
