They didn’t tell me what I should do first to pay the taxes for state or federal first. Balance doesn’t show up online. I physically have to write a check for the state because it doesn’t show up online. I prefer doing things online. Waiting time to call state is horrible. I have to fix what I think is right but I ended up doing things wrong.
Everytime I go here , I owe and get nothing back. Everytime I go somewhere else , I get money back.
