Awful experience. Something changed in the office the past couple of years. Used to be great. I've been getting letters and large fees from IRS due to their errors and they have not answered my calls since Nov. I have never felt so lost and so helpless. I don't know whether to be worried or angry! Would NOT recommend to anyone. I am hoping this bad review will get someone to call me back. They need to take responsibility for their work.
