They moved without telling me. They said i didnt communicate properly when i have recorded conversations about providing information. Found out he filed out dated forms from a formal letter but he said it was due to my not providing proper information. He doesn't call back. And it has been 5 months without an update at all. Worse service ive experienced as of yet.
