As someone with extensive experience in animal care, I can confidently say this place is in serious need of education and intervention. The cages and tanks are filthy—likely untouched for months, if not years. Birds are crammed into tiny enclosures, and the cages for sale are far too small for humane living. A guinea pig was kept in a dirty fish tank filled with feces, with filthy water, no hay, chews, or hiding place—basic necessities.
