I agree with the reviewer who stated "he not too smart". He filed an eviction notice against me falsely identifying me as a co-op member when I'm actually tenant. This was a fatal defect which required Gomez (P11300) to withdraw the eviction application. In Gomez' (P11300) second eviction application against me, he failed to correctly state my monthly. This error was a fatal defective to this 2nd eviction application. He's a bargain-basement buffoon.
