This is the most unprofessional, ungrateful, horrible, lying bunch of liars I've ever had the misfortune of having to deal with in my entire life the first time I ever rode with them they left me hanging 3 hours after my appointment for a ride back home and every time I called the office they either said my ride was on the way or stuck in traffic then when the man finally got there 3 hours later he said he was not stuck in traffic he was in Charlotte the whole time. Did not pick me up left sitting on the side of the road in the rain on my mobility scooter. They did not communicate with me, no running late or that they could not pick me up nor did the cancel with the ride broker.
