In the past I have been on Weight Watchers, Nutrisystem and now GOLO. I lost weight on all the programs, but I have to say that the thing I like about GOLO in deference to the others is that the food is good, clean and preservative-free. I have tried every “diet” on the market only to have failed and starving the entire time. Golo is a life style change and teaches us to eat healthy. I am not hungry, I do not crave sweets and I feel good! I have lost 45 pounds and quite a few inches! I went from a size 16-18 and am now in a size 10. I have not been in this size since I was in my 20’s. My blood work is now perfect and I am on no medication for cholesterol! Golo has also increased my metabolism which had been so sluggish. Very easy to incorporate into your life. The fact the GOLO has the private FB page for those of us on the program indicates they are there for us and care about NSV.
One bottle of GOLO seemed to help so I ordered their large value deal. I became so dizzy, I fainted and injured my back. (Thank God I wasn't driving a car at the time.) I immediately quit taking the pills and returned to normal. The company refused to let me return the rest of the pills for credit. Don't risk your life or the lives of others!

I have been on Golo going on four months. I have lost 22lbs. Very satisfied with the loss. Golo Coaching , really help with my goals. They are very supportive and checks in for me as requested once a month. With their expertise and professional knowledge, I was able to work towards my goal. I would recommend Golo.
I can't say if it works or not because today is December 13 and I ordered it November 25 and STILL NO PRODUCT ??
I'M A BELIEVER! I have been on Golo since Oct 4, so not quite 2 months. Just had labs done, although I have always been in the normal range, they were slightly creeping up. Well not any more!!!
