The product did nothing for my weight loss. I have insulin resistance and that is supposed to be what golo addresses. I asked for a refund and was denied. Not a stand up company. Don’t buy from them!!

This is an excellent product that actually works. I started the program in September of 2021. My blood sugar is now in normal range and I have released 60 pounds with minimal cravings. The support is fantastic!
I used GOLO for three months. I not only didn’t lose weight, I gained 5 pounds. The only benefit I found was it curbed my appetite for sweets. Glad it worked for many people but it did nothing for me.
I had allergic reaction on first order. I placed the 2nd order before that happened. Once that happened I was not able to finish the first order and unable to use the second order at all. Golo has refused to refund my 2nd order, yet they received and accepted the return. I have filed a complaint and requested PayPal chargeback the full amount.

I started Golo not really knowing what to expect. Well one year in 100 pounds gone and down 6 pants sizes I love golo!!!! No counting points or carbs. For me it was learning the food groups proteins carbs etc..then learning what filled me. You don't have to eat what you don't like. I loved getting creative with planning meals. It is work cause it is a lifestyle change but we'll worth it. You get out of it what you out into it. Golo is my new lifestyle!!
