the bus driver for route 12 is rude (2:30 02/11/26) and the bus doesn’t have anything to pull or push so we have to say it which isn’t always accessible. he also missed put stop when we clearly said stop.
I love this bus but watch out for Nancy because she’s the most nastiest bus driver I’ve ever come across. She should be fired.
Route 10 came to early today. 10 minutes early. It is unacceptable. Now I can't go to work.
This is probably one of the worst managed city bus lines I have experienced. The drivers all blast through their routes usually at least 10 minutes ahead of schedule. They don't seem to know their own rules: one telling a kid he couldn't bring his electric skooter in when all he has to do is power it off. One driver, who had arrived at the station 10 minutes prompting the other just leave instead of calling him, told me he was cutting his route short. I am guessing to make up for the time.
