This is probably one of the worst managed city bus lines I have experienced. The drivers all blast through their routes usually at least 10 minutes ahead of schedule. They don't seem to know their own rules: one telling a kid he couldn't bring his electric skooter in when all he has to do is power it off. One driver, who had arrived at the station 10 minutes prompting the other just leave instead of calling him, told me he was cutting his route short. I am guessing to make up for the time. The number 13 bus is the most Unreliable bus in the system. There were 4 of us standing at the transit authority. With no bus in sight all of us headed to WORK! Now we have NO way to our lively hood.

Rude bus drivers, never on time, call center let the phone ring for hours, overall do better

The buses don't run their routes. The bus drivers are rude and the ppl at the main office are useless

Driving down the road today a go line bus just decided that he was more important even though he didn't have the right away got out right in front of me and had a slam on my brakes to avoid hitting them...... Please get your bus driver in Sebastian by Sebastian City Hall under control before he hits and kills somebody and you get sued.....
