Jimmy put together our March 2021 Golf Package, We don't have words to express our satisfaction with the job he did. The golf courses were fantastic, it exceeded our expectation, lodging couldn't have been better as the location was outstanding. Booked our trip with James, despite the pandemic and 2 cancellations on our end. The trip went off without a hitch. We played 4 great courses, stayed at the Desert Oasis Home and would come back in a second. Working with James was great and highly recommend!

DON’T DO IT Just got back yesterday... not close to as advertised!! Poor accommodations, misleading advertising and poor customer service Will not use them again

Think twice before you use GolfTroop, my group of 16 stayed in one of their most popular homes. 1st off the house was filthy, and on the 3rd day we found BEDBUGS! This review is more about their response to our reviews. They never offered us another home, or a hotel room like they said... THAT IS A LIE, and it says a lot about them personally, and how they run a company. We gave them the opportunity to make this right and keep our business for many years to come, and they failed!

Terrible experience! Don't do it! Put us up in a house with bedbugs and urine stained sheets. Had to stay in a hotel. Had to throw 900.00 luggage away along with clothing. Promised a partial refund than went back on their promise. Last day of golf was rained out and no refund as well.

Just returned from a 4 day golf trip to Scottsdale via GolfTroop. Vinnie Martinez was super to work with. When we decided to play an extra day he helped us with a course closed to the airport when we arrived. Everything was red carpet at the golf courses and the House was perfect for 12 players. I will be using them in the future for golf trips.

We just completed our third golf trip with Jimmy and have already reserved our time for next year. They take care of all of the details without a problem. We can’t wait until next year. Great Job Jimmy!

When you look up Great customer Service in the dictionary, a picture of Jimmy Rood should be there. Another member of the Cossar group who was blown away with the service, accommodating attitude, and willingness to change things when the rain hit. Always available to help out, changed up our line up without question (with refunds I might add) and definitely saved the trip. Thanks Jimmy! Craig D. #1 Golfer in the Cossar Group :)
