They don't allow you to book a round of golf for a single person, the dumbest things I've ever seen. I'll gladly give my money to other courses that have 5 tee times wide open that allow a single golfer.
I would like to start with The Fox golf course and the people who work there are great and I highly recommend the Course. Golf North on the other hand has what I feel is a very silly policy that shows a total lack of customer service. I unfortunately, do to an injury was unable to use some prepaid passes within there one year marker. I contacted Golf North and they told me in order to extend them I had to pay 50% of there original value. I made an honest booking mistake at 2:51 a.m. while working night shifts. I accidentally booked a tee time for 8:51 a.m. on June 2 when I intended to book for June 9. Because the tee time was less than six hours away when I noticed the error, the online system would not allow me to cancel it. I attempted to contact GolfNorth immediately, but customer service was unavailable until 7:00 a.m. By the time I was able to speak with someone, the tee time had effectively passed. This is my 5th season as a Golf North member with my son. I love my course and the staff there is amazing, but this will be my last year buying a membership and I will be looking elsewhere in 2027. 2022 Good Year - Find out on Nov 1st the season ends and your membership expires and I have to pay to play after (not a big deal) 2024 - Marketing all says that price jumps at "14 years old". My son is 13 for the entire 2024 season but, he turned 14 AFTER their season that they laid out (14 in late November) so he should have paid... read more
