Excellent golf store to do business with!!!
The owner, Dennis Legg, terminated the phone sale of a pull cart to my husband midway through the transaction. Why? He’d decided he’d rather sell it on the floor. (He said this very thing to me when I called back.) I pointed out to him that this was really poor customer service; I further reminded him of the reach of social media in this day and age respective of and relative to customer service reviews. Stopped by to browse as my clubs are 10+ years old and my game has improved so I had been thinking about upgrading. Dennis took time to introduce me to many options and I settled on a set of Ping irons. He and Mitch were very attentive and made it clear they wanted me to be satisfied with my purchase. Highly recommend this store.
I highly recommend this store they have quality equipment new and used for great price .They offer lesson by Dennis he does a great job break down your swing using slow motion video. check them out for all your golf equipment and clothing needs!!
The Best Customer Service and enjoy the personal touch.
According to reviews here, the in-person experience is great. If you deal with them through the mail selling used clubs to them, it's not so great. One deal went okay after a reminder that the owner forgot to send out my check. He apologized and mailed my check out. I understand mistakes are made, so no biggie. I decided to give them another shot. I sent more cubs a second time and roughly three months and many e-mails later I still have not received my check for the amount we agreed on.
