Please note I am commenting on Golf USA on-line. I do not have a retail store near me and I have never been to a Golf USA store. I am speaking of my experience with Golf USA on-line store. Their trade in program is a joke. It took 3 weeks to get them to complete and that was only after I called a complained. Then it took Golf USA 3 days to move my trade in value to my account. I had a very positive experience at Golf USA of Asheville. After visiting other places I found that Robert Green was exactly the person I wanted to work with as I tried to decide on a new set of irons. We arranged for a fitting and the process which allowed me to try several brands and different models culminated in the purchase of exactly what I needed- and wanted. Robert is easy to work with and blends professionalism with a great personality. I recommend Golf USA of Asheville without hesitation. Thank you Robert.
