Called ahead for a product. They said they had. So drove 30 minutes out of my way to pick it up for them to say they do not have any in stock.
I’ve been in golf hq multiple times and they always provide great customer service. I recently bought wedges from them and they provided great advice and allowed me to hit the demo clubs before purchase. They gained a loyal customer and I plan to buy from the future
Staff is great, but you have to watch pricing. Needed a new Golf Pride Grip MCC Plus 4 Max Align, they did not have, took them two weeks to get in, OK, no big deal, just picked it up, $25 bucks, Amazon $15.99 Dicks $15.99, my fault, but next time, def going to check out pricing even on simple stuff.
Great store fit me for golf shoes tried lots of different kinds worked in my budget but you need plus size women's golf clothes like 3x but you rock in the shoe department and great service
