In early January I ordered a Ping 5 Wood and the salesman took my information and said that he will contact me when it arrives. It's now May 10 and not a word from him even just to tell me the status. My money will spend anywhere not just at GH. I'll never go back. I've spent a lot of money there over the years as well. I've shopped at Golf Headquarters for 15+ years. Tony and his staff are wonderful. I scheduled a club fitting for new irons in their new simulator area. (amazing) After 15 minutes of hitting balls it was determined my current irons were fine, they simply needed to be shortened slightly to level the club face at address.
