Horrible customer service. I was browsing grips for about 30 minutes- several employees walked by without asking if I needed assistance. I went up to the counter to ask for help, and the gentleman said they were out of stock for what I wanted. I asked when they might be back in stock and he provided no information. He told me they have no idea when their deliveries come or what’s included. i went in to get my lofts and lies adjusted and they told me they can’t bend them more than 2 degrees. on my new forged p760s. You could bend these clubs 10 degrees if you wanted to that’s how soft they are. bought thousands of dollars worth of equipment from them. never going back.
Great lessons with Chase. Overall service and product experiences (fitting, regripping, etc.) over the years have been excellent.
Worst experience in a golf store at Golf galaxy reading, got abandoned by 3 people who left in the middle of selling me a full new set and resizing the irons. Poor customer service and dont care attitude.
Received excellent customer service from Dhurov! He took the time to walk my wife through various options for clubs. And she walked away very happy with our purchase
