I went to the Reading Golf Galaxy to do a paid survey for an independent company. As soon as I walked in, the store manager was questioning me like I was a danger. He asked what was I doing there? Who sent me here? I showed him my phone and said I was just answering questions for the focus group company. He again asked who sent me and the company name. I told him it was none of his business! Terrible experience, Phil and Dave there suck as human beings. Zero empathy, no regard for customer service. Wouldn't even give me the time of day for a return that was within their 90 day policy (the club was still in great condition). Won't ever shop here again. Save your money and time and go to Golfers warehouse or even PGA superstore, they'll actually treat you better and listen to your concerns.

I don't remember his name, but he was an old, bitter manager who shouted at my friend and I for coming in later than usual. He shouted "I'm the only manager in the store" although there was only three customers. I guess thats a heavy load for his age. I would be mad too if I had to work minimum wage at the age of 67 lmfao.

Went to Golf Galaxy in Reading, MA because the shaft on my driver broke and needed a new one. I wasn’t in a huge rush because I borrowed a shaft from a friend until I got a new one. I live around East Boston and there aren’t many golf shops near me so I had to travel to Reading as it was the closest one. Since it’s a bit of a drive especially with traffic coming from Boston.
