The service department is fantastic. I've had putters and three sets of irons regripped here. All were done same day. Also, had a couple driver shaft lengths corrected and regripped while I waited. Never made a visit where I wasn't greeted on the way in, or asked if I needed help at some point. Couldn't find a Vokey 50.08f on the rack, asked about it, and it quickly came out of the back room. Walked in and there was no one to come up to see if I was looking for anything. Other than as I exited the guy at the desk said have a good day.
Bought a brand new set of pings. Factory sealed box with matching serial numbers. Left to get set regripped, came back to a gripped demo set with no matching serial numbers and basically used clubs. No build tag, no club covers and the arcos inserts disappeared as well. Bait and switch. Buyer beware !
