golf store – Steve is the manager at this store.He is very good and has given me great advice about the game and his products.
Can I get any help please!!! – Selection is great, prices are as good as any other golf shop. BUT I was in there 2 times in 2 days around 1:30 on a weekday. But i can never get help! Go to Golfsmith in Edina they are more knowladgeable and more helpful.
Bad customer service. – I just called they Golf and Tennis World in San Jose. I asked the man who answered, "Hello. Is this Golf and Tennis World?" He said yes. So then i asked, "I was wondering if I could find out the balance of a gift card I have?" Then he answered, "Sorry were closed." And just hung up. Just like that. Then I asked myself, What kind of service is that???
