Poor customer service Ten years ago, I decided to learn to golf. My son accompanied me to Golf Galaxy for equipment. Apparently, this store prefers male customers to female because I've been consistently ignored by the sales staff numerous occasions, not just on my initial experience. My husband still insists on purchasing equipment there even though I've asked him to go across the street to B&G. Their sales staff sucks, really really sucks. Great selection and prices This is a great place for the new golfer or the more experienced golfer. I recently wanted to upgrade my clubs - I am an average golfer. They worked with me to select the best club for my swing - and the price was better than what I thought I would end up paying. They have gift cards for the hard to buy for person.
Wide selection, terrible customer service and variable prices The place has an awesome selection in everything golf. From shoes, balls, and apparel there is a good variety. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. This could be a great store if the owner cleaned house and brought in customer centric management. Customer service here is abysmal, I wouldn't consider buying clubs here because they don't seem to really care what their selling.
