My boyfriend and I went to the Kenwood location first and we were not pleased with the customer service so we went to the West Chester location. We were immediately approached by Tony Frederick the store manager and asked what he could help us with. From that point on we were completely satisfied and my boyfriend went home with a new set of clubs and a deer head driver cover. Thank you Tony for your excellent service!
Walked in (without an appointment) on 10/29/24. Had a hybrid club whose head had come loose. Walked out 15 minutes later with a perfectly repaired club. Kudos to Todd for the quick service and professionalism. Played with the club today and it was as good as new. Great experience, and I recommend Golf Exchange in West Chester for quality, and quick club repairs.

Personable and great advice. Did not upsell and recommended not replacing some clubs that were only slightly different. Highly recommend
