The team here provides outstanding customer service and goes out of their way to create a great experience. I've mainly utilized them for re-gripping my clubs.
Everyone there is very nice and super helpful. I will never shop for anything golf related anywhere else. Nothing but top notch quality and service!
My boyfriend and I went to the Kenwood location first and we were not pleased with the customer service so we went to the West Chester location. We were immediately approached by Tony Frederick the store manager and asked what he could help us with. From that point on we were completely satisfied and my boyfriend went home with a new set of clubs and a deer head driver cover. Thank you Tony for your excellent service!
