I had an outstanding experience at Golf Exchange, thanks to a fantastic fitting session with the one and only Rob Jones. Rob's brilliant mind was apparent from the start; within a surprisingly short time, we dialed in the exact weight, shaft, and driver head perfectly to my unique game. I was also impressed that my custom driver arrived for pickup less than three weeks later. Definitely recommend the store and using Jake with club fitting! Very knowledgeable. Had no idea how much I was missing out by not using the correct equipment for my game. Jake helped me get all of the right specs to match my swing and the differences blew my mind. This will be my new shop for years to come
Worst golf store in the world. Please save yourself the pain. Every single worker here is rude and condescending the second you speak to them, acting like you’re an idiot for simply existing. They also all have 0 personality or customer service, but a massive ego for absolutely no reason. Not to mention it takes them 3 times longer to fix things than they say, and they never fix anything properly. Went to get a club reshafted. Wouldn't be done until the following week, so they let me use a comparable club until it was ready
Took my daughter to Golf Exchange to look for a better driver. What a great job they did! Gave her their attention, evaluated, recommended, no pressure, no negativity. Great deal. They were so helpful. If you’re new and uninformed about the game, go there. If you have been playing for decades, go there!
