Took a month for them to fix my club. Never received a phone call when it was done.
Shawn the manager is awesome. I had some club that were made over 40 years ago and he reshafted and regripped they and they turned out amazing. We go there as long as he works there.
I had an outstanding experience at Golf Exchange, thanks to a fantastic fitting session with the one and only Rob Jones. Rob's brilliant mind was apparent from the start; within a surprisingly short time, we dialed in the exact weight, shaft, and driver head perfectly to my unique game. I was also impressed that my custom driver arrived for pickup less than three weeks later.
