My friend didn’t receive the iron set he purchased. Very sad ordeal. He was so excited about a set of new clubs but his order was cancelled with little explanation.
Very difficult experience. Ordered a golf set online and it was cancelled without explanation. Sent an email to customer service, no response. Called in three times, finally got a hold of the manager and he refused to offer me any sort of token of customer appreciation. Was looking for a gift card or promo code for my troubles. The first person I talked to, named David, said that they made a pricing error and since they only had one left in stock, they manually cancelled my order. Gone now a couple times and have been impressed by the service. Was helped by Daniel and was impressed by his attentiveness and knowledge. Was fit for irons today by Jeff and was very impressed with his knowledge, passion and communication throughout the process.
