Very nice staff and fair maintenance pricing however communication must of fallen short. If I lived closer, I’d give them another shot. I brought in x2 caliper/rotors to replace old parts on bike but only 1 caliper was replaced upon pick up. It was the most problematic caliper, a discount was offered, and brakes were adjusted so after a test run I was ok to leave. However bike still had bad rubbing/squeaking issues. Last year I purchased a Taubik mountain e-bike from Golectric in Dundas. They were incredibly helpful, friendly and professional in allowing me to test drive three or four different models before making my choice. Pete was patient and generous in working together with me to add saddlebags and fenders and setting up the bike perfectly.
