It was totally unprofessional from phone calls and txts messages up to the day of our event. They stop the music and decorating because it was after 6 and my husband hadn't made it yet to give them the remainding balance. It was hot as Panther piss fro 5pm to 10pm, our guest and us was overly hot!! For the price of $700 we received complementary ice and was charge $12 additional for using their ice!!! they lied coming thru our reception saying somebody was shooting and we had at least 12 people that clarified to their lies. ... read more

First, of all the contract states the date the event has to be paid for in full on which is before the event. To come the day of the event talking about he is on his way, he is on his way and it is an hour after the event started, I guess is professionally on their part. Of course we STOP the event until we got PAID. THE GAMES PEOPLE PLAY.
