We recently received a construction loan with Goldwater bank. Henry Daniels, Charles Anderson and Justin Elmer worked hard to make our family's dream come true . This bank worked hard , they kept us in the know at all times and they accomplished our goal in great time.. Definitely a great bank..
Spoke with the VP of construction mortgage dept yesterday. Apparently he has been in the business 30 years but never heard of talking with a sellers agent or seller about buyers status/ expected closing date. Very odd. Ive been in the business 10 years and every time my buyers make offers, I am one of the first ones to get in touch with the seller/ sellers agent to discuss the buyers loan status/ confidence I have in them.
