Vraiment une très très bonne expérience ! J’avais fait une erreur de commande sur le site le kit poussette et banc d’auto , j’ai réussi à tout changer avec Monsieur Tony au téléphone ! Même si la commande était déjà en route (( le lendemain imaginer c’est mieux que Amazone)) il a changer mon modèle et facturer la différence , je recevrais le modèle désirer à une date que j’ai demander. Very happy with the customer service at this shop. There was a shipping issue with UPS and they resolved it promptly, directly with UPS. This included paying brokerage fees that UPS had tacked on after the fact, and duties and other government charges despite the company already charging tax on the item. This happened because it was shipped from a US warehouse rather than from their Canadian location. Goldtex is an extremely professional company and easy to deal with.
