In my opinion, the firm’s billing volume was disproportionate to the primary objectives completed, and I felt key legal priorities were not adequately protected. When I raised questions regarding invoice totals and representation quality, the firm withdrew from my matter prior to resolution. I suggest prospective clients review retainer terms, billing procedures, and communication protocols carefully. Or just RUN…

I have had nothing short of a positive experience with Francine, Tina, and the firm. They were responsive and extremely supportive. When the court date finally rolled around, Francine was with me every step of the way. I couldn't be more grateful and highly recommend.
