Happy to buy custom sofas from here. Saw an instagram ad and went there just to explore. The staff was really welcoming, specially the girl working there, she helped us with choosing the colors and material according to our needs. Received delivery on time. The delivery guy with top knot hairstyle was really friendly and did an amazing job. He delivered sofas with utmost care and told us how to take care of this material (e.g. what products to use etc.). Such a hardworking and honest man he is.
Poor customer service and poor furniture quality. We bought sofa from them which broke within 3 months. We were told that we have 1 year framing warranty when we contacted them they keep telling us they will replace it and its on order. Its been 5 months still haven’t got any replacement. Please save your money and go to reputable places like Brick or Ashley. They are fraud
This store sells the best furniture and their products are so beautiful and durable! And they have good customer care.
Friendly staff, great quality with good prices. The delivery guy is also really nice and friendly, has done a fabulous job. He provided us above and beyond service.
