THE MANAGER IS RUDE INCLUDING EMPLOYEES.They demand payment rudely even going to one's houses and knocking on door loudly. They even come to one's house up to 3 times a day.Gold Star also charges abusive late fees .Check your receipts.Balances don't go down like they should.I spoke to manager and she stated she redid payment after payment was applied once customer leaves and added fees.Bad finance company...
I absolutely love this place! Atlas Credit has a great atmosphere and wonderful people who are always very helpful.
All this company wants to do is keep people in debt. My dad told norma he was going to pay off his loan but she wanted him to refinance. She wouldn't except a check that my mom was going to give them so my dad went back later to leave it in the door. 2 days ago I dropped off a payment I went by there the next day to make a cash payment and my dad went in today to pay off the loan and she still charged him an additional $40 plus dollars. I would never recommend this company to no one. They are rude, unprofessional, and liars. I do however recommend SECURITY, or WORLD. :)
