Great experience with Goldsmith Transportation today! Robert and Grant were punctual, professional, caring and compassionate. They transported my client and I to a scheduled appointment at the hospital. When we arrived, we were told the appointment would take 10 minutes. They were understanding, kind and agreed to wait until my client’s procedure was complete. Round trip, including appointment in a little over an hour. Stress free! Kudos to a well organized company and top notch employees! Thank you so much Robert and Grant!

Thanks to Goldsmith Medical Transport’s reliable and compassionate service on 25 Nov 2024, my mom received timely medical treatment for critical illness at the hospital. Amanda was most helpful in helping me to select the most suitable service, she went above and beyond to get information in a situation that was very overwhelming for me. My father is bedridden, and we used Goldsmith Medical Transport to transport my father from his residence to the hospital for an appointment via stretcher. Robert and Dean were the two gentlemen from Goldsmith who attended to my father - they were wonderful! Incredibly nice and patient, and very kind and gentle with my father. We used Goldsmith Medical Transport to transport my severely demented mother from the Civic Hospital to Kanata using their bed to bed stretcher service. I can't say how happy I am with their service. The two drivers (attendants) who took us were great. They were professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. I couldn't have asked for better service and I won't hesitate to use them again if needed. Thank you drivers - I wish I had asked your names to be able to personally thank you - your service is very much appreciated.
